When I booked the cottage I had great communication via Expedia and was informed that 24 hours prior to check in I would receive check in instructions by email but I never did. I finally called them directly at which point the representative emailed the instructions to me with a google maps link to the property location since the homes do not have street numbers in that area. "We were visiting Bristol and Bath for the weekend and this place was the perfect base for us to do so. Comms were good and access to the property was straightforward. The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay and everything we used was in good working order (oven/hob, wifi, tv, shower). Good value for money so we would gladly return if we're back in the area. "
