It was just what I needed to enjoy birmingham. The hotel is located within campus grounds of Aston University, with proximity to restaurants and takeouts at affordable prices. It has easy access to other parts of birmingham via different means of transportation and we were able to use uber and buses for most of our journey.
The hotel staff are polite, friendly and helpful and the hotel looks nearly refurbished and very clean, with iron and ironing board provided.
The only downside is that the rooms do not come with a fridge and water isn't provided in the rooms. Although there was a tesco less than 2 minute walk from the hotel.
We also got access to the leisure centre and swimming pool, although we didn't end up using these.
All in all an excellent hotel

"We did have an issue with the hot water for the shower and the staff did their best to sort it out. All staff we dealt with were polite, friendly & helpful. The room was very clean and all furniture in good condition. Great to have a large car park on site. Could have done with a bit more choice ..."
