Villa Siempre Mar is located in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, its excellent location will allow guests to enjoy its tranquility.

The property has impressive sea views. It is distributed on one floor, inside there is a living-dining room with television and all channels available, a large kitchen with all amenities, three bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom and direct access to the terrace and pool area.

In the outdoor area of the villa there is a private pool, terrace, solarium, chill out, patio, barbecue and dining area. The entire outdoor area has excellent sea views, guests have access to all services and the beach area is a ten-minute walk away.

Puerto del Carmen is located on the southeast coast of Lanzarote. It is one of the main tourist centres on the island, 10 minutes from the airport, and visited every year by many tourists looking for the perfect place for their holidays on the island of Lanzarote.

Puerto del Carmen lacks nothing: water sports, beautiful beaches, varied shops, hiking trails, apartments, bicycle lanes, bars and restaurants, a zoo... The range of activities in this town is one of the most complete on the island.

The area has 8 kilometres of beach. This makes it one of the most attractive areas of the island if you want to enjoy the beach peacefully and with the best services: sunbeds, toilets, walks, shops, restaurants... Everything in this town is designed for the visitor to have an idyllic holiday.

The accommodation has good communication by both car and public transport. A bus stop is a five-minute walk from the villa. You can travel by public transport to all areas of the island. The airport is 8 km away and Arrecife (the capital of the island) is 16 km away.

A ten-minute walk away you can enjoy cafes, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and the famous Playa Grande.

The Varadero area, famous for its restaurants, its promenade, Playa Chica and the Friday market, is a twenty-minute walk away.

In this accommodation you can enjoy not only the comforts and privacy it offers, but also all the leisure centres of Puerto del Carmen without the need for a car and if you want to enjoy and discover the rest of the island, its location is perfect for this.
