"Hotel in desperate need of repairs and serious customer service training for staff. Booked two rooms for stay but ended up only have one room with a functioning toilet, took staff over 27 hours and three very rude conversations, to address issue, after one use toilet non functioning for the remainder of a six days stay, email sent to gm and NO CONTACT WAS RECEIVED TO RESOLVE ISSUE. Breakfast is the same every morning an elevator is out of service(burning rubber smell and jolted ride on one that does work), ice machines broken, attached restaurant closed, mold in shower, and cheap squeaky metal bed frames(literally sounds like a huge metal gong when getting on or off and rolling over) Just find somewhere else to stay!"

"They were under construction so things were naturally not as clean as would be expected. I waited 10 minutes for someone to check me in upon arrival. I let the front desk know the first night that the room phone did not work and the toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet. They let me know that they would have someone fix it the next day but it was not fixed. The ac unit continued to run even though I had it turned off. There was mold in the shower. The bed was comfortable."

"No amenities couodnt get extra pillows .could hear traffic all niggt and pillows and bed were stiff"

"We only stayed one night but our stay was very enjoyable. Hotel is clean & has good amenities. Front desk staff made us aware of ongoing construction and asked if if we'd like to put on a higher floor to avoid the noise. Area around hotel is nice, lots of shopping, dining, options and it's within walking distance of the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino "
