"One of the most friendly hotel staff I have ever encountered in all my travels over the years. From the Reception Desk to the Kitchen/Breakfast to the Housekeepers they all contributed to a wonderful stay. The breakfast options are wonderful and the staff in the restaurant so obliging and helpful and happy. Manager Jenny run a very happy and motivated operation. It shows in every aspect of the professionalism and good humour of all her staff. Reception Desk staff very helpful with any queries. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Old Town. Highly recommend this hotel."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Centrally located and convenient within the old quarter. The stand outs are the service and breakfast buffet. Every service member I interacted with was friendly and professional. Requests were fulfilled immediately and with enthusiasm and care. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. Great assortment of food at the buffet as well as food and drinks available to order at no cost. The selection changed slightly each morning so I was excited to see what was available every day. The hotel also contacted me before arrival and offered a driver service from the airport to hotel for a reasonable fee. We also arranged the same service to the airport when departing and this was organised seamlessly. Upon leaving we were gifted cute tote bags! "

"Oriental Jade was a really good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to extend our trip by another night and they managed to fit us in the same room – no problems. The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars."
