Everything was perfect..until the last night there was a bunch of youngsters making so much noise, they sounded like they were right outside the door and no staff members went to quiet them. I understand it’s next to a bunch of cool places but the hotel has many signs of quiet time after 10pm, but 1 am cmon

Room was outdated, The pull out bed was disgustingly dirty. mattress was staines and bed springs were broken on half of the bed. I had to sleep on sofa cushions for a whole week. I told the front desk and manager, i hope that they would change as soon as possible. But they did not, I was okay with sleeping on the cushions for a day. The rest of the time, it was horrible.

This is one of my all time favorite spots to travel to, this time it was a little frustrating i asked for a king bed and they told me they did not have any available . and only one elevator worked. everything else was fantastic will come back soon.

Amazing time great views, my kids had great time over all can’t complain they enjoyed the 4 days we had in pool and the beach the things they have available just outside and restaurants picked different one every time thanks and room service on point will be back soon

The hotel was very dirty they over charged us NOTHING IS FREE OVER THERE please be careful we were so scared to walk to down town and at the beach people just wanna sale you everything including there mom they don't let you enjoy walk around at all didn't feel safe for my kids we hated we'll never go again worst experience ever be prepared for the police to stop you just because of your license plate to ask you for money it's horrible please people don't go stay safe!

Friendly front desk staff and very efficient. Unfortunately, no note of our request we listed when reserving the room was provided but able to change room upon request. Friendly staff at restaurant and food was very good. We were assign to the older building that had a great ocean view! However, rooms are very dated and bed was uncomfortable. New tower may be nicer but we did not go in that building. Outdoor grounds were beautiful and hotel had two cafes offering coffee. Great location in downtown Rosarito for shopping and dining within walking distance.

The front office staff had a terrible attitude when I checked in. I noticed they are really understaffed so our server was gone for long periods of time delivering room service.

Booked through Expedia . When we arrived they didn’t have the room available and we were giving a horrible room . We then had to pay unexpected fees to upgrade to room that was available

I remember coming to this hotel years ago and didn't seem so bad then... But then SO many years later, this place just needs a huge renovation! It noisy, the walls are thin i could hear the neighbors talking and heels walking back n forth. My brother's room restroom got backed up and no fresh towels were placed. Oh, and the beds were so hard "firm" that i did not sleep well for 2 nights.
