"I much enjoyed the pool which was indoor more for labps. However the atmosphere was relaxed and I was advised by staff when it would be less crowded. There were lots of cheery touches including check in greeting with nice beverages."

"Lovely hotel, great location for exploring London. Great breakfast, staff lovely. Room was nice although the air con leaked one evening and it took two phone calls to get the maintenance guy up to fix it but once he came, took him 10 minutes."

"I had a double bed room with a large balcony overlooking the Rotherhithe pier and across the Thames, Canary Wharf pier. It was a really nice touch having the balcony as the hotel was/is currently facing issues with their ac system not working around the hotel so I could leave my balcony door open for cool air as I slept. I did not have breakfast so I cannot speak on that. My room had bits of dirt here and there but nothing too crazy to complain to the staff about. Staff are friendly and helpful. Due to the convenience of staying right across from Canary Wharf (and it being a 2/3 minute boat ride away (free for guests staying at the A&O), I would definitely recommend staying here as I am already planning my next trip back."
