The staff was very kind and courteous. The heating was a problem in the room. Every day we needed to communicate to the staff downstairs that we needed the heat turned on in a room, as we woke up very early from the cold. We were unable to control the thermostat in the room. It proved to be quite frustrating.
Even the rad failed to produce agreeable heat.

I stayed here with my pre teen son. This was our first trip out of the USA and as a female I was a little nervous traveling without my husband. The hotel made me feel super safe however. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the neighborhood felt very safe, even at night. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It was a short walk to the subway on the Victpria line tower hill station. We were able to explore the whole city as the Victoria line transfers easily to the other larger hub stations. Great experience.

Clean room. Great breakfast, friendly staff. The tub is very tall and quite dangerous to get in and out of for well mobile people- keep in mind when booking a normal suite if low mobility. There was a generator sound you could hear non stop from our room on the 5th floor- almost sounded like bass of music but constant.

This hotel needs an owner who makes the place better by putting money back into it. Beat up baseboards. VERY Poor internet speed equal to dial up. Front main doors stuck closed so exit had to be via a back alley 2 block walk around. So so service, A cheap place to stay in every sense. It is centrally located.

No frills Hotel

I had selected this Hotel due to its location near the Big Bus stop, Metro, and the Tower. However, even at it's expense, there was no fridge, no safe, no amenities, no frills at all. We stayed one night and transferred to a different hotel nearby since it was more of a budget hotel, despite the price we were paying. However, staff was great and nice.

The hotel is conveniently located by the Tower of London and by many trains and buses. The breakfast is included, which is convenient, as well. Water is available by the entrance, and staff are happy to assist you if you want to use the tables to eat your own food, even to heat it up. There is low water pressure from the shower, though. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner.

We stayed in a room for four people, 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was very spacious, better then we expected coming form North America. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast offered. Worth the supplement. We enjoyed our stay, even if it’s not in the most iconic part of London. However, it’s close to the Tower of London and Tower bridge whiz is nice.

The management has cut out basic features for a hotel. The given reason was to "cut costs". The room has NO clock, NO telephone to call the front desk, and NO plans to ever provide any. They seem to deliberately provide a "hostel" level of service, rather than a real hotel. Fwiw, the room and bed were fine and clean. However put in a $10 alarm clock for your customers' convenience. Oddly, there are two food menus in the room, but to phone to place an order

I stayed in this hotel from July 14-16, 2025. Everything was perfect, especially considering the price range in travel high season in London! The hotel is clean, and the room was a comfortable size—not too small. The train station is very close by. Tower Bridge, Borough Market, and the river cruise are all within a pleasant less than 30 minute walking distance, with plenty of historical buildings to admire along the way. The staff may not appear overly enthusiastic at first glance (which seems typically British), but they are genuinely helpful. When the handle of my suitcase lost a screw, I asked Maria at the front desk (my apologies if I've remembered your name incorrectly) for directions to a nearby repair shop. Instead, she proactively provided me with screws and a screwdriver and fixed it herself, saving me both hassle and money. Additionally, she politely declined the tip I offered. I was truly impressed by her kindness and professionalism. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this Premier Inn again on my next visit to London.
