"Beautiful property and wonderful staff. Great location but be aware it's VERY steep on the property. Luckily they have golf carts that can take you up and down. It's quite a steep hike to the beach too. Beds were very hard and the bathrooms were a bid odd, with things falling off the wall, like towel holders and the toilet paper holder. Breakfast was good. Most staff were super friendly and helpful."

"The room was spacious with ample tables and drawers. AC works well. We love the pool and amenities such as walking trail, pickleball court, drop off service to biesanz beach. The food at the restaurant was too salty for us and rather pricy for the portion they gave."

"I don't even know where to start. This place was PERFECTION! The staff in the entire hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel that they are all our friends now. The food at the restaurant is amazing, people come visit from outside the hotel just to dine at the restaurant. The pools are sooo nice, and that is a highlight for me because my husband hates getting into pools, I literally had never seen him enjoy a pool the was he did in this hotel. We didn't have to share it with other guests when we went in and it just feels very peaceful and the views are breathtaking. The day we checked out I literally thought he would not get out of the pool so we could leave. The servers at the restaurant and pool bar were very nice and we enjoyed having conversations with them, Abraham, Anthony and Ricardo. The bell guys, the tour guide, our concierge, it just feels like they're all a family. The room was super comfortable and spacious, we had a view even from the shower with a giant window, plus a balcony and a huge rooftop for ourselves. They offer a complimentary tour of the property that is about 6 acres of preserved forest where you can see monkeys, sloths, scarlet macaws, among many other birds and species."

"Great spot for a 9 day stay with the family.I'll add some more context on the check-in. The pictures they send are not helpful, but it was easy to find. Just follow Google Maps and keep driving all the way to the back. Its the last house with a green gate. Our Uber drivers and shuttles had no issues finding it. I will tell you that Uber tries to pickup a little short of the driveway so send a message telling them to keep going. I would recommend VACASA send check-in instructions, or even better have the host meet you upon check-in. We had a few basic questions on how to use the stove, where to take out trash, how to use TV (wanted to catch some World Cup matches), ect....But our host, Kevin, was very attentive. We ran out of gas for the stove and had some initial issues with ants in the kitchen (I believe the house was empty for a while before us) and the dryer didn't work. All of these issues were resolved within 24 hours thanks to Kevin. The WIFI worked great. Never lost power. The AC in the bedrooms worked great. We had good water pressure in the showers and never ran out of hot water. Also, never had issues with drinking tap water.Overall I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with the most beautiful view. The only downside was the rocky, steep drive up to the property, which was kind of hard to find. Definitely rent a 4x4 if you plan on staying here."

"We were a friends trip of 5 people and had the most amazing stay. The property is beautiful. The view from the pool deck is breathtaking. The property manager was very easy to reach and helped us with any request we had. We also had the chef prepare some meals which was a really great way to end the day. We had an incredible vacation and highly recommend this property."
