It’s a little intimidating upon approach. Just search for public parking on your map. We found that everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The apartment was lovely and the restaurant downstairs was marvelous. Go out on a lamb and order the stinky pork knuckle. It is to die for like a pork roast and gravy!

After travelling to multiple destinations and hotels in Italy, this one was my favourite. Simone’s communication was perfect. She gave me everything I needed in advance and when she learned we had a tough travel day, she reserved us a table at her restaurant downstairs where he team made wonderful wine recommendations. If you go there, get the crème brulle! It came to the table on fire and we loved it. The beds in our suite were very comfortable and I think what stood out was how clean everything was. Felt so at home, we wished we could have stayed longer. Villa d’este was only a 4 min walk away and worth the stop! Stay here! You won’t regret it. Thank you Simone and team for the wonderful hospitality!

A wonderful stay that made beautiful Tivoli an even more beautiful memory. The host was welcoming, and the property has been recently renovated with modern facilities. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed an excellent meal at Osteria Mom located right next to the property. All staff members were friendly and professional. I would be happy to return on my next visit to Tivoli.

The apartment was lovely. The bedroom, outer living room, and bathroom were very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a long stairway up to the apartment, but the staff helped us carry one suitcase up. To take our luggage down the stairway at checkout, my daughter and I had to do a team effort because staff are not available. The restaurant below the apartment is also very good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Tivoli.

Clean and nicely decorated room. Slippers and toiletries provided. I did have the impression that this was an apartment with a kitchenette. No, it’s just a room. The shared kitchen is upstairs. Also you are not allowed to have food or drink in the room. So if you want a cup of tea/coffee, or food, it has to be upstairs in the kitchen. Very inconvenient. No cup of tea relaxing in your pyjamas. The room is a 10 minute walk from the station and well located in town and for Villa D’Este. A short bus ride to Hadrians Villa
