Great location. However we did not get the room that we booked. Instead we got an attic with no windows. When I told the receptionist that it’s not the room I booked, he told me I got an upgrade…. Right. Changed the room the next day only. At checkout I was asked to pay the city tax in cash. Cash only. Which is strange.

Excellent location to explore the sights & surrounded by lots of restaurants - room was great for what we needed and bonus of a patio to sit & lounge on. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend booking this hotel.

Nice at Navona

My son and I really appreciated our stay at Navona Palace. It was extremely clean, the staff was helpful, and it was so comfortable. We were really able to relax after long days out.

The location was excellent everything you needed on doorstep and short walk to all main tourist attractions. A little noisy at night being close to bars but still managed to get good night sleep. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Some furniture items were tired but apartment was very safe and staff were excellent. I would recommend this to others and have no problems booking again. The transfers to and from the airport were excellent!

Disappointed in the hotel

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told there was no hot water and were taxi’d with 2 others to a different hotel near Trevi fountain. This was not communicated before arrival and the whole point of us actually booking this was because of the location. The hotel we were sent to was in the noisiest, busiest part of Rome. The room was dirty on arrival, a dirty sheet had been left in the room and a bunch of black hair found in the bathroom. There was no mirror in the room other than in the bathroom which was very dimly lit. Disappointing hotel and won’t stay there again as we’ve stayed in better hotels here

The rooms are large - I was there during Ryder cup so it was busy and very expensive - can’t beat the location and size of rooms - I had a great balcony and lager shower - room was great! Only thing is breakfast was only okay - but you can go out your door and find a zillion choices. Note that taxis find it hard to get to so have your exact address and get dropped at the door or the corner!

Air conditioning is a big issue. They have control in the front desk and all of a sudden in midnight they increase temperature. You have to get up in the midnight and call the front desk. It happened in day time as well as midnight. Otherwise this is convenient location to go around the city. DON’T EAT BREAKFAST in the hotel.

Largely Underwhelmed

2nd time we’ve stayed 1st time very nice suite we loved it this time we were upgraded to superior suite & disappointing overall bed was like concrete we slept on the sofa bed because it was softer although it squeaked when you moved.Noise from the air conditioning throughout the night Bathroom was poor dirty,mouldy in places and the ceiling the paint was all coming off in one area in big flakes.there was a few stains on ceilings and dust and fluff round the floors other than that it was ok certainly wasn’t 5 Star tho and it was definitely not a Superior Suite . No we didn’t complain coz we never do we just the wel never go back sort of people also the price we paid at the hotel was slightly more than our hotels.com booking price

Small rooms with terrible beds and pillows. Pull out coach takes up all other space pictures show space there is none. Bath drain was slow and shower was on wrong side of tub. Very poor conditions.
