"I brilliant location most of the sights to see are in walking distance, gorgeous decor throughout the hotel but the odd thing could do with touching up but only if I’m being really fussy. Would definitely go back again. "

"Great stay! We actually stayed 2 weeks after traveling for over 4 months. My husband, dog and I enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Housekeeping stuff were all very nice. Options for food next door and the hotel bar has some snacks and beverages. Not a bad drive to Wetherby and York. We took Ubers. We’d stay again. "

"We stayed only one evening. Young woman on reception was friendly and smiley. Ordinary double room was very clean with a lovely soft comfy bed. We had the carvery in the evening which was wonderful. Amazing value for money. Breakfast was delicious with friendly helpful staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Our thanks to all staff for a happy stay. "

"Booked Brook Hall for a stag weekend of 12 guys, which Edward was happy to accommodate. It was a fantastic base while we spent most of our time out and about in York (20 - 30 minutes away) and Leeds (30 - 40 minutes away). Thanks for the recommendation of Dougies taxis as well, this was really helpful and they were great with really friendly drivers. Lovely location and house, particularly the garden. Perhaps even better if there were more showers (only 2) but this did not detract from the overall experience. Happy group and happy stag!"
