I like that there is airport transfer from/to the airport directly to the hotel. Hotel is around 15mins walk from the Shinjuku JR station.
This hotel is 'going green' hence they explicitly stated that there would not be any room cleaning (change of sheets, vacuum, bathroom cleaning) if you stay less than 3 days, however towels could be changed, if opted for. If you stay more than 3 days, the cleaning would happen every 3 days.
I stayed for 8 days however I noted that there was no cleaning done even after 3 days passed (stains on my sheets from the beginning of my stay were still there on the 4th day of my stay). I called up the reception and told them that, and then that was the only time cleaning was done...however it was very badly done.
After the so-called 'cleaning', hair was still found in the bathroom/bathtub, floor still has some stuff stuck onto them, and also, the cleaner has used my disposable slippers to put under the humidifier provided in the room, and they did not replace those slippers.
I don't think the cleaning staff are properly trained, hence some training would be good.
Room size was pretty small (I had a single room with a double bed). I couldn't even open my luggage fully. Table was small and also, the cleaner when pushing back the table, also pushed my stuff onto the floor and left it there. Don't think that was very professional.
