"The Pintor El Greco is very well located for several major tourists sites at the edge of the Jewish quarter. The hotel is very clean and the front desk is very helpful. The hotel lacks, however, basic soaps and shampoos that are dispensed by a plunger from plastic containers. There was no facial soap next to the sink despite twice asking for a refill. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap were all the same from another dispenser. As a four star hotel, I expect ample bar soaps, shampoos,...

"The room was big enough that you won't hit your toes against anything. The breakfast was okay and priced well. The desk attendants were very helpful and provided good tips. I would stay again if I find myself in Toledo again."

"Our room was nice and the location of the hotel was great! Close to the town and we walked from the train station taking about 15 minutes. Also the hotel has a nice view of Toledo! We did have a sewer type smell coming from our bathroom, however, that we thought would dissipate but it didn't unfortunately. Not sure if other rooms had the same situation. The mattresses on the bed were rather hard so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. All in all would stay here again for the...

"Thin walls between rooms Had a lamp which was faulty, twice had to request bulb be changed , finally lamp was replaced. Also, wall outlet nearest bed was not functioning. Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days ."
