"The house was perfect for our family reunion because it was clean and spacious. We loved being on the ocean. Whenever I reached out to the host about an issue, he immediately responded and solved the problem. We had room to cook together and eat together and play together. We just loved our time together at this property. Thank you for welcoming us and kudos to the cleaning crew who had it spotless when we arrived. There is some wear and tear on the property that might surprise guests. It is not a five-star resort property. That being said, we LOVED it!"

"Our family loved this cozy home between the river and the ocean! Easy walk to the Tolomato River for beautiful sunsets and bird watching. Just a couple blocks from the ocean to view the sunrise with your morning coffee. The house was clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the bikes and beach supplies. Deborah is an excellent host. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area."
