Staff were really helpful with regards to travel into Durham, helping with park and ride and taxis and also where to eat. Restaurant was charming and relaxing. "The divan was to big for the mattress, no bath towel or milk in the room, it hadn't even been hoovered. I went down to the bar to ask for some milk and a towel I got the towel but was told they have any milk, luckily there was a shop near by, for the price i paid i expected better"
