"Breakfast was fresh. Apple and banana were the only fruits available, which I wish there were more variety. The lake view was fantastic, although some rooms have a limited view."

"We spent three nights at the Rawley and were shocked how in disrepair the property was. Our room was falling apart. Housekeeping would not come unless we personally asked for our room to be cleaned, even though we left the sign on the door to be cleaned. After they came they always left it dirty as if they never vacuumed it or wiped the coffee table. The front lawn was covered with geese feces which is dangerous for pets and children. This is not what we had expected from a Wyndham resort. The restaurant though was excellent, as well as the staff."

"New hotel in Bracebridge. The location is a bit out of the tourist area, but worth it for the quality of this hotel. Clean with great amenities. The pool is smallish, but it had a neat fountain and bubbler in the middle which made time in the pool so much more fun. It entertained my son for a long time. Also very dog friendly. Great stay. Will stay here again. "

"Sleeping accomodation for 6 people on the main floor and no bathroom.There is only bathroom in the basement with a very steep dangerous set of steps to go down.Very very dangerous."

"Staff very friendly and helpful Concerning mould in the pool area Dock not properly working, with no sign Rooms have PAPER THIN WALLS and floors. Everything seems to rattle, could hear people in the hall and doors slamming all the time. Bed tilted while sitting on the edge. Lots of upgrading needed Has potential but it is definitely not there."

"Accomodated us bringing our dog for the night. I love the old charm of the Inn with modern upgrades. The restaurant attached has the best pizza and the option for vegan cheese. We'll be back in the future!"
