"Amazing experience!!! 5 star resort all around! Food, drinks, service were all amazing. Would definitely come back. My only complaint: the outdated rooms but we loved the bed, shower, room size, etc. Stay in Oceant Front level 300 if you want an amazing view!"

The staff was friendly and accommodating to every need, to the point of the chef at restaurants double checking food orders with us because of a minor allergy and or make something completely different. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. I never had an issue with finding a spot at the pool or making a reservation. HIGHLY recommend this property. We will be back"

"Arranged pick up from SJD via the Hilton, flawless. Check in was easy- room was ready even though we are got here around 12:30. That was super nice! The room was great. Ocean Front, 2 beds, big balcony and a really nice bathroom w shower and tub. Pools were the best I have ever experienced. Keep in my I have two kids under ten. Huge infinity pool with a great view . Kids pool was great too but spent most of our pool time at the main pool. The beach is amazing; they have a nice man made break created to allow for swimming. We ate at Vela, Lena, Mio and got coffee and pastries from Arcos. All solid. Got a massage and used the spa facilities - it’s a must. The staff was great, Ismael, Edson and everyone else at the property were great."
