The only minor downside is the lack of a small coffee machine in the room, though there’s a free coffee station on the second floor, which isn’t the most convenient but still perfectly acceptable. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Our room was cozy, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly appointed with everything we could need — proof that bigger isn’t always better! A special shoutout to the hotel’s general manager, David, who went above and beyond to smooth our travels for the next day by arranging a car service to our next destination, 2.5 hours outside of London. We had naively assumed that black cabs would take us that far, but David’s quick assistance saved the day. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations — from the comfort of the room to the exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to return!"
