10/10 Excellent
"This is my second time staying at future inn hotel. Amazing hotels. Parking great. Staff are friendly. breakfast is a wide variety. Only problem we had was our key card was playing up, they had a queue at reception for check-in and we had to wait which is not a great when you’ve already checked in and then you have to stand outside your room for 15 minutes."

Coldra Court Hotel by Celtic Manor

8/10 Good
"Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Room was to a good standard, with decent facilities (tea/coffee, desk etc, usual things). Not so pleased to have to pay for parking, but I understand that it is near some sort of conference centre, so I imagine it is due to that. Had to book a slot for the swimming pool in the morning, but when I got there I was the only one in there so that felt a bit pointless; also, when I got there, there was no one at the desk in the health centre to check me in, so I had to find a towel myself and make my own way in."
