"We were in Cardiff for a concert. It is a fun event city. We likened the downtown atmosphere to the Fremont Street of the U.K.
The city center has the train station, shopping, dining and nightlife, all within walking or Uber distance of Novotel.

Staff went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time. Room was exceptional ,very clean and had everything needed for a relaxing break.Bed was very comfortable 😌 and breakfast delicious. "

The stand out feature however was how helpful, friendly and professional the staff were, from the receptionists, the manager in charge of the restaurant, and the cleaning staff.
