"The host did not respond to door bell, phone calls and voice mails from me and customer service agent. I was left stranded in the cold for about 2 hours and had to book another accommodation because my phone battery was already low and power bank was already used up. It was at the point Uber almost arrived to transport me to the newly booked hotel that the host then spoke to me through the door bell claiming to have sent me log in details when I used the chat box on Expedia which she didn’t. "Great place and great host! We had a room at the top of the place and it was a bit noisy outside at around 10pm but after that we slept great. Our toilet wasn't flushed from the previous guests when we arrived but besides that the house was spotless. Charles was a very welcoming host and made us an incredible breakfast. Would definitely stay again whenever in the area. "

"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems .
