"Lovely stay, lovely rooms and really nice breakfast "

"Staff were super polite, offered a complimentary cocktail upon arrival. Very welcoming, explained how to go to the room etc and explained the amenities. Bed was comfy, room was clean, only issue was no bags in the bins and had an issue getting in the front door at night. Parking was in Cabot Circus and you get it discounted as a guest, £14 for 24 hours in a city centre isn’t bad at all. "

"Lovely hotel, quiet in the suite separate from the main hotel. Good facilities- large pool and I liked there was a swim lane and general lane. Staff friendly and helpful. Little dated in the rooms but plenty of space, comfortable bed/pillows and very dark. Would recommend."

"Very friendly staff. Lovely comfortable clean room. Great cocktails in the bar and fantastic food at Browns restaurant in the hotel. Location couldn't be better so all in all a fab place to stay in Cardiff city centre. We are planning to return."
