"The Punch House is a cheerful and welcoming pub in the heart of Monmouth. Our room (no 4) was large and spacious with a modern 4 poster bed. There was a bath (yes!) and plenty of hot water. Only tea bags were provided, but that was fine and there are no breakfast facilities, but there is a Wetherspoon two mins away. It was a bit noisy at night, but we were here between Christmas and New Year, so to be expected. I recommend it as a fun overnight stay. "

"Brilliant stay at Top Barn. Fantastic views and very enclosed for the dog. Very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Cathy was a fantastic host and we would certainly stay again - highly recommend."

"Property was excellent, everything worked perfectly, quiet and peaceful, out in the country, but lots of places to visit near by. Only stayed a couple of nights, spent the day in Cardiff, went to The Big Pit on the way back. Communication and instructions spot on, definitely would go back "

"Great secure location for dogs, Peaceful in the evenings. Took two Huskies who like to be the leaders of other dogs and they got on well with their dogs too. Ragland Castle is worth a visit. Chepstow castle was a bit disappointing, rude reception women and half of it was closed for repairs with no mention by the reception women."
