A full kitchen, not the usual low-budget apartment kitchen.The living room has board games and puzzles.The internet connection is stable and works well. The bedding is thick and warm, perfect for colder weather. We used electric heating, which quickly provided a comfortable temperature. I can't say anything negative about the accommodation. I would like to mention that I have never seen such cleanliness even in a hotel as we found here upon arrival. A few words about the area, which are objective facts, but did not bother us We were there in the last week of October, which is the off-season. There was no one else in the building besides us. All the neighboring hotels and lifts were closed. The nearest shopping opportunity is in Moena, so it is advisable to arrive with enough food. We never used the car, we organized all our trips from here. "

"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not come out. I gave a hello-still nothing. After ringing the bell, she came out after a minute and glared at us. Not a great welcome."
