"Nous avons eu une bonne communication avec le propriétaire par mail puis avec les dames gérant le logement. Elles ont été très disponibles et arrangeantes. Malheureusement, nous avons été déçues par l'environnement du logement. Les travaux évoqués dans le descriptif de l'annonce (ajoutés après notre réservation) sont juste en face du logement ce qui ampute la vue sur le lac qui est donc inexistante. Les travaux débutent a 7h20 et non à 9h comme il est noté. Les photos sur le descriptif ne sont...

"This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent...

"Great apartment within a short walk to the centre of town. Arrived by train direct from Paris and host offered to pick us up from the station and gratefully accepted. Took advantage of the cycle hire and track for a trip around the lake. Also direct bus to Chamonix for day trip. Thank you to our hosts."

"Very difficult to find the apartment. Stairs are very narrow and steep. The parking is far from the apartment. The apartment is hot even with the A/C working. Shower is very difficult to use because of the inclined roof. I would not recommend. It is better to go to the hotel : it is the same price, parking is easy, and near old Annecy and beach just like this apartment. "
