"They advertised that it was newly renovated and had great amenities. I checked in at 3:30 and did not go to my final room until 8pm. Two of the rooms the door would not lock. Every room was filthy. Mold in the icecubes. Hundreds of dead bugs around patio light. 3 nights in a row the water was shut off all night. So loud with the construction. No phone in the room. Staff at front desk extremely rude. The filth on a can opener. And no amenities. Pool was closed. I feel like sending the pictures that I took to the health department and local news."

"Rooms were updated. We stayed for a softball event close by. We left items in the bathroom and they called us after checkout to let us know. I had money in my jeans behind the door, I am really impressed with the customer service getting my items back as well as the whole process "

"When I got to the breakfast at 9AM the only fruit available was a single orange. Other than that it appeared that the people who went down prior to me were able to enjoy more pre fences in breakfast choices."
