"The toilet was leaking brown water, and staff members accused me of snooping. The beach chairs and equipment were old. Additionally, someone entered the room and took my new sweatpants and phone charger."

"Do not like the rolling door to the bathroom/closet, absolutely no privacy. Breakfast was good, room was clean, no carpet means that those above you sound like a heard of elephants wearing combat boots. Two nights in a row the room above us was stomping around and it sounded like they were rearranging the room, shoving chairs across the floor and rolling their luggage, once at 10:30 pm and the other from 2:30-4am!! Pool and hot tub were good. Walking distance to the pier and the 3rd st. promanade and next door to Trader Joe's Valet is the only option for parking and while we were glad our vehicle was safe, it should be noted more clearly on the website."

"Great hotel with excellent staff from the valet helpers, front desk, restaurant staff and maintenance staff. Pool has a nice atmosphere, breakfast buffet was wonderful, room was quiet and comfortable. Would be nice to have a housecoat to go to the pool."

"The breakfast was great! In room hot tub was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly. $90 per night Valet was pretty expensive for a a guest that's already spending a lot of money to stay there. Be prepared that it is a very noisy hotel it's not quiet anywhere in or out of your room. Enjoy the beach!!"
