"Valet and porter met us as we pulled up and were very helpful. Property is gorgeous and right on Loch Lomond. Room was very nice. The best of our vacation. I had facecloths for the first time in Scotland which sounds silly but I wash my face every night and had to use a towel everywhere else."

"We stayed 3 nights with two young children in the family room. At 8am after our first night, I told them the shower is draining slowly and that we need more toilet roll and hand soap soon.
