""Papa's Place" was just as described, a quiet, peaceful and comfortable cabin, a wonderful cabin for kicking back and relaxing or making day trips to so many nearby attractions. Communication was great and we had no issues at all. We would come back if the opportunity was there. Thanks Vanessa for a great time!"

"The breakfast was not maintained. They were out of a lot of items. When we checked out the person at the front desk said people came up to complain all morning that it was not maintained and she told them she wasn’t in charge of breakfast. Room was clean and there was a cute, but expensive gift shop in the lobby."

"Very satisfied with our room in the lodge and the owners/staff are friendly and accommodating. The lodge has a very interesting history and I loved the antique decor. We took a peek at the motel rooms they also have and those are decorated in 60s/70s theme, clean and large windows that look out to the lake. We may have to try those next time! We enjoyed our stay very much."
