Kids loved the sweets/ cotton candy/ pancake while adults loved the free flow beer/ wine Amenities: washing machine/ dryer uses QR code for credit card payment, much better than having to hunt for coins. One whole room for you to go in to pick up whatever toothbrush/ towel/ cleanser etc"

It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Tokyo, but well served with the train and subway lines and having the Ariake Gardens attached directly to the hotel was a nice bonus!
