"Check in was chaotic! The receptionists we’re trying to deal with several different guests at one time meaning it wasn’t a smooth process and mistakes were happening. We tried to check in at 4.40pm only to be told that our room wasn’t ready, even though it says you can check in from 3.00pm! The hotel was clean and tidy."

"Overall a fine hotel. Great location, bed was nice and the lobby is a friendly peaceful area and the bar is nice. The only issue I had was that the shower was very weak, but i didnt bother to complain and maybe its just an issue for the room i got. Everything else was great and id recommend this hotel"
