"Naala seem new and mixes modern and contemporary with a local flare with lots of wood. The hotel is really nice with an awesome rooftop restaurant and pool; these are great places to unwind in the evenings. It's next to convenience stores and walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms are comfortable with cloud soft mattresses. The two bedroom was well appointed with all furniture and appliances. Great location. Bikes available (at a rental cost) for a quick ride. It's a bit of a distance to the beach and other attractions but there's a lovely Selecto Chedrauri couple blocks down. "

"We had a wonderful time and could see how hard everyone works to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and water was great. My only comment would be for the hotel offer free shuttle to and from the airport as it can be very expensive. The resort is already all inclusive so that should be included as well given how much it costs to travel. "

"The property was clean. The staff was beyond amazing! The rooms were a bit on the small end but cozy. The rooftop was beautiful and the food and drinks were great! The food trucks downstairs and live DJ and bar was an added bonus! Not to mention the cute small shops and cafe. I would give this property a 10 out of 10!"

"The staff and this hotel are truly wonderful. Canadlero is especially very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and have stayed here twice for over 2 weeks each time. Don't listen to the review's that are bad as they are just complainers and probably complain everywhere they stay. All the staff are trying there very best to make your stay as great as possible. Beautiful place and highly recommend. For the price and what you get it is very reasonable. "
