"I had a wonderful stay at Coco Unlimited in Tulum, Mexico. This quaint and lovely boutique hotel sits right on the beach. From the moment you arrive, you walk down a small pathway, take just a few steps, and your feet meet the sand on the way to your room. The rooms are simple yet charming. There's no television, which I unexpectedly loved. Instead, you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Rest in your hammock, bring a good/great book (the Bible definitely counts!), and embrace the stillness. It's the perfect place to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and simply be present. Breakfast was included and it was a wonderful way to start each day. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the hotel is centrally located near other restaurants, taco spots, and shops. What truly made this stay special were the people. Betty was always willing to help, answer questions, and offer recommendations with a smile. I believe one of the other staff members was named Christopher, and he was equally kind and attentive. Solome and her partner at the restaurant were also wonderful. Everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. Beautiful places may draw you in, but it's the people who leave a lasting impression. Thank you, Coco Unlimited, for such a peaceful and memorable experience. I would gladly return."

"Rooms were amazing, staff was amazing and helpful, food was good, however, there weren’t too many options on their buffet style. The hotel supposedly offered kayaking, however, this was not true. Other than that, the stay was nice."

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Amazing staff ready and willing to help plan excursions, rent bikes/scooters, and their Partnering transportation service (5 stars as well). The food at the restaurant was delicious, every inch of the property was just peaceful and serene like being in your own world. Very zen! A great way to unplug from the noise of the world (no tvs) and unwind. Loved our stay. And cant wait to visit again."

"Overall, it was a wonderful experience for us. Of course, there were a few challenges along the way, but we came here fully aware of what to expect, so nothing really caught us by surprise. What impressed me most was the effort the resort has made for its guests, it almost feels as if they built the hotel right on top of the ocean. Because of that, I find it a bit unfair to focus too much on minor inconveniences. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help whenever needed. My room was always kept clean and well maintained. The air conditioning could have been a little stronger, but honestly, once you open the door and let the ocean breeze drift into the room, you find yourself falling asleep to the sound and scent of the sea. At that point, the air conditioning becomes the last thing on your mind. We left with beautiful memories and a genuine appreciation for the experience. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay enjoyable."

"I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. The room and setting were good and the customer service was excellent, they always answered my questions and helped me when I needed it, room service always answered right away and the food was in my room in minutes. They assisted with every question about recommendations and hotel amenities. There’s a couple things that I would like to highlight, a hold of $150 for each day of your stay is made on your card which was not disclosed anywhere before we arrived. All the snacks/ drinks in the room are kind of pricey and not included in your stay which is kind of crazy since the price of the stay is already high. We had plenty of raccoons visiting, the only issue is that they peed in the pool and were getting inside, we also found a bat, we took it out so it wouldn’t drawn. But I would not recommend getting a room with pool if your skin is sensitive. The water went out almost every day at certain point of the day and came back after a while. The light also went out a couple times during different days. Internet connection is not the best but not the worst. The hotel food is pricey and is not very good. The location is a little bit far from everything about 30 min from the main restaurant/ bar locations. But I do got to say that the room was always clean, they come clean your room twice a day and they are super friendly! The staff from the massage area are also super nice and sweet people and the massages were amazing. We had the best sleep."
