"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The highlight of my experience was Tish, who provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Her positive attitude made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but Tish's outstanding service truly made my stay memorable. Thank you for going above and beyond for our family"

"No parking, pool was closed, hot hallways and elevator. Went downstairs to let staff know my shower head was broken and water squirted up when on and all they did was give me a towel for the floor. Water splashed up towards ceiling and out the door so we had a puddle after showering."

"The room we stayed in was a queen suite on the 4th floor. The exterior windows were so filthy you could barely see out of them. The room smelled musty and the finishes were old and dated. Damage to the baseboards doors. The fridge in the kitchen handle was stained/dirty and it was extremely understocked. There was no wine/bottle opener or ice bucket. It was also very load day and night with cars honking and racing up the street (Commerce). Also noise and music from ATT plaza constantly. The second floor bar was permanently closed and there was a creepy, disgusting old small hot tub off the 3rd floor stairwell (empty). The person who checked us in on 5/28 (Jesus) was a disheveled and unfriendly. He ran through is spiel in about 5 seconds and acted like we were bothering him. I would not stay here again, although it is in a great location. Stay at any of the nearby hotels."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was very slow, one person. No telephone service in the room. No iron in the room, had to walk to office to request, then wait 20-30 minutes for it. A $100.00 deposit is required however, no mention of that when booking. (If paid in cash, it's refundable on check-out, if by cc, 3-7 days before removing from cc. The room "inspected" as you are checking out, literally. One of our guest damaged the bed cover, she had to pay $50 immediately or the amount would be deducted from the $100 deposit. Breakfast: Waffles, cold bagels, apples, orange flavored water, fruit loops, corn flakes, milk, yoghurt and I don't know what else. I left."

"This was about my 15th time staying at the Warwick Melrose - and it was by far the worst. Mini Bar fridge didn’t work, never even offered to move our room, I’m a diabetic and had to leave my insulin in the fridge at the front desk - the pool bar bartender refused to make mixed drinks , room service never answered their phone - 4 time attempted and no one would answer - the 4th floor we stayed on has room service trays left out during the entire stay, pool area was a disgrace - dirty food trays all over and trash overflowing - valet was not staffed properly during Sunday checkout."
