The space
Experience the tranquility of Backbarrow in the heart of the Lake District National Park with a stay at Jazzberry cottage.

As you walk through the front door you will be greeted by the spacious, fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you need for delightful self-catering experiences. Then, come together around the inviting dining table located in the stunning down stairs space. On chilly evenings, gather around the captivating woodburner.

Upstairs you will discover two contemporary furnished bedrooms accommodating up to four guests, including a plush master king, cozy twin room, comfy mattresses and plush linen. There is also great clothes storage in both bedrooms.

Unwind in the inviting ambiance of the stunning large family bathroom, complete with Roll top bath and a large walk in shower.

Outside is a small garden with seating for 4 people.

Check-in is from 15:00 and Check-out is before 10:00.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome, however we kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and furnishings. Please also ensure that you clean up after your dogs if you allow them to foul outside the property. Please bring your own bedding and towels for your dogs.

There will be a £50 call out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
