"Very easy in and out"

"The offerings were beyond my expectstiobs. My air conditioner was not working properly. A women came to my room immeadiately following my call. Tried several different options to fix it and did not give up until she found the solution. She did it with it with enthusiasm and a smile. I will always choose a Drury inn when i travel. It was my 1st time staying at one of your properties. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fresh, clean and cooled prior to our arrival after we spent a hot day at the zoo and other activities in the area. We had a quiet and peaceful stay. Very pleased."

"Pretty decent. Room was mostly clean and updated. Slight dog smell and did find crusty streak marks from dog poop still there? So not great. Saw so many people with dogs not picking up poop. Really discouraging. But as far as red roof goes this was decent I suppose. Got a late check out and barely 5 minutes after they were knocking and calling to see if we were staying again. It was Sunday and most people gone so maybe they have squatter issues? Overall not bad and would consider returning or spending more for better quality. But that doesn’t always happen. "
