"The cabin was very clean, warm, and comfortable. Tucked away in the woods. Great views. Saw two moose in the neighbor's yard. We had all we needed at our finger tips. Would definitely stay here again. It was -20 highs and -30 lows, 3ft of snow on the ground during our stay. Everything is beautiful under this snow."

"The cabin was so beautiful and quiet. All the amenities and cookware one could need. Mattress and bed sheets were quite comfortable. The views day or night were immaculate. The field to the southeast of the house is great for viewing the stars moon and northern lights. But most of all Matt and Elke are a true gem. The snow sled dog trip was a truly unique experience and we couldn't recommend it enough. We would love to stay here again and plan on it!"

"Well, we have been to this property many times the one thing that makes the property great other than the location is Monique and Russell they’re always so accommodating and helpful. The property itself is great. It’s a little getaway into the wilderness on the edge of civilization. Best of both worlds. It’s what we call our home away from home. it’s a place where you can see wildlife and the northern lights. don’t hesitate and book this and for you older people my wife and I are 70 years old and we’re going to do this just as long as we can because it’s that special.we go every year and we love it each and every time the northern lights are different every time it’s a new adventure every year that we go"

"Our stay at Gilmore House in Fairbanks was fantastic. Laura and Martin were exceptional hosts. Before we arrived Laura sent many links to restaurants, museums, events, and activities we may be interested in and all of them were terrific. They were near by if we needed anything but also respectful of guests privacy. We got caught short of supplies by the weather but they had some food on hand at the house that made that situation not an issue. They planned ahead when we didn't. The house itself was like a mini museum with artifacts and numerous Alaska historical pieces. We had a wonderful time in Fairbanks and Martin and Laura helped make that all possible.Dave and Anne "

"The entire experience was fantastic. We stayed for four nights and breakfast every morning was more delicious than the next. The owners were extremely nice and made sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be ( specifically making sure we saw the Northern Lights) We left early in the morning and they made sure there was something for us to eat before leaving. We will 100% stay there again and can’t wait to go back. We had 2 young boys with us and they loved the experience as well. Thank you Grizzly Lodge!!"

"Heather was so quick to respond. Our stay was fantastic! The cabin was perfect and close to everything my husband and I planned. We had a little bit of issues with the TV, but, Heather and her son got it fixed right away. She felt bad about the TV issue,and door dashed some yummy goodies for us to make a banana split. Although it wasn't an inconvenience for us, she went above and beyond for us to (as she said) make it right. Not necessary, but, very much appreciated and ohh so good. I HIGHLY recommend The River Bend Cabins. I would also recommend the Chena Hot Springs and dog sledding. The entire trip was incredibly beautiful and fantastic. Thank you Heather!!!! "

"Staff was unbelievable!!! Food was great. This place may not be a success without the present staff. Dog sled girl was amazing. Snow mobile girl was from Hawaii. The restaurant manager was hands on and just never stopped! So corporate if you read this make sure you treat this staff. Oh the aurora was awesome too. Thanks for an unforgettable trip"
