"The hotel is in a great location! Steps away from the Central tram stop and right next to the free Polybahn funicular that brings one to a view deck with excellent panoramic view of Zurich. The train station is less than 10 minutes walk. The hotel is dated though and the rooms are small and without a mini fridge. The staff kindly allowed us to store cheese in the hotel fridge. Only liquid soap and hair & body wash are provided."

"The property was safe, close to restaurants, close enough to the train station, close to lots of shopping. The staff was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a suite for our family which was amazing and huge. We stayed one night before leaving back home to the United States. We were in Switzerland at three other hotels before staying here, and I will say I don’t know if it is a Swiss or European thing, but the pillows were just not that comfortable. I think they’re all made from down feathers, and when you lay your head on them, they just go completely flat. The breakfast was sufficient, but of all the hotels we stayed at in Switzerland, it was our least favorite… it was closer to an American continental breakfast. That being said, this was also the cheapest hotel we stayed at so maybe that correlates."
