"The bed was comfortable and the room was very big. The only complaint I have, is that the pillow on the bed were so fluffy it was very uncomfortable on the neck. Also, there is a bright light that flickers off and on in the ceiling above the bed. It’s like a fire alarm or something. But I had to grab a towel from the bathroom and put it over my eyes so it didn’t flash in them all night. I was under the impression they offered a breakfast buffet. But they did not. "This is a lovely bijou hotel right on the Bosphorus with lovely little balconies right beside a mosque and the ferry port. Useful access to the old town by water as traffic is a problem in Istanbul. Room was bright and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a huge array off fresh fruits, cereals and cooked food. Staff were welcoming and very anxious to please. Would highly recommend."

"Unfortunately, our stay was a little disappointing. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, as advertised on the booking listing, but we were given a room without one. When I raised this with the staff, they admitted they didn’t have any rooms matching that specification. They moved us to a room with a better view, but it still overlooked a busy road.
