avarage, clean and helathy, but for sure not luxury or high level. They extra charge the breakfast and I do not understand why there are so many good reviews about the breakfast. THEY EXTRA CHARGE THE BREAKFAST AND IS NOT VERY GOOD.

This is an excellent hotel with ideal location for skiing..big reception and warm and comfortable seating areas… staff is really friendly… the only thing we didn’t like is slightly dated sofa in the room… but other than that highly recommended with really helpful staff

Amazing stay at the Europa

A scam
Be aware that the hotel is split between the rooms that have been renovated and the ones that haven't (price still high!). Because we booked via Hotels.com (the reception made clear that this was the reason), my husband and I had the terrible experience of staying in one of the old rooms: - Carpets weren't clean. - Furniture is worn out - Heating didn't work properly. No matter what we did the room felt like a sauna. One night we decided to turn it off but water started dripping from the radiator. Someone came to fix it, but the problem remained. - Hairdryer? I found one under the think, but it was supposed to be attached to the wall, so it didn't work. Another surprise was the Wellbeing area. The pool was only open in the evenings. In addition, we decided to have a New Year's dinner at the hotel. As I am vegetarian, before booking, I asked the hotel if there would be a vegetarian option. They confirmed. I also spoke with the chef before dinner. Everything seemed fine. To my "surprise" again, there was no vegetarian menu and out of the 8 dishes that were part of the menu, I could only eat two and the desert. The chef then offered me a last-minute omelette (laugh). When I mentioned to the hotel that it wasn't fair to charge me the full amount they refused. Only after a discussion, they decided to give me a discount (but no apology) On the good side, the hotel is really close to the slopes, there is a ski room and the breakfast is good. Just be aware of the possible scams!

Summer in Cervinia
Great location, the hotel could not be situated in a better position. Summer or Winter the hotel is in a prime spot for all that Cervinia has to offer. Nested at the foot of the Cervino the views are truly remarkable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, both at the reception and at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a great assortment and the dinner menu proposed interesting and delicious options.

Great location!
Amazing spot with a view of the Matterhorn and 2 minute walk to the ski lifts. Really nice hotel with pool and sauna, no hot tub. Ski rental service and locker storage within the hotel. Breakfast and dinner available at the hotel or a lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

The spa area didn’t have the steam room, but advertised that it has. The sauna wasn’t working until the last night out of 7 - heating elements got burned. The breakfast was pretty basic - you could not order the eggs the way you want. They constantly were running out of some products.

Great location.
The hotel is very well located near the ski slopes and also town centre. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Unfortunately the swimming pool, sauna and gym area were not available during our stay. The ski boot room needs updating with lockers only available to the premier rooms.

Very poor spa - not everything worked. Dingy. No lunch or other facilities on bad days. Car park too small - underground parking 11 euros per day. Reception and bar staff were excellant.

Excellent! We love this hotel.
Friendly staff tried everything to make our holiday enjoyable. This is how the hotel should treat the guests! Location is perfect for skiing, cozy lobby area and bar, good food too. We appreciate hotel staff's effort to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely go back there.

Stayed here for a skiing trip. Hotel close to slopes. Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable, breakfast very good. However, wi fi very slow, hot water only lukewarm in the evening and no attire for the spa in all rooms. Ski lockers only available for some guest.

Bargain hotel in the summer
Great price for such good facilities! There were three of us hiking around the Cervinia region and the third bed in the room was just awful. Our room was not very clean and it had dust all over and even an old water bottle from previous guests. The hotel is well located, it has great facilities and very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is great and unfortunately we were too busy hiking and did not have time to enjoy the pool/sauna. Parking is available free of charge just in front of the hotel building but if it is full there is a massive public parking area just a few metres away (you can hardly notice that it is a different parking facility).

The accommodations were spartan. I stayed for two nights, Originally or inadvertently I booked for three. When I went to pay the bill, I handed my American Express card. I used the American Express to make the reservation. They said, they did not take American Express only Bank cards. I said why could I make a reservation with American Express. They said you can use any card to make the reservation. I wanted to pay for only two nights, I stayed there. I had to leave. They made me pay for three nights regardless. I found the staff pleasant but unwilling to provisde the proper service, I will not go back.

4 stars but rather old!
I had a good time at this hotel as I got a great rate - I would have been very disappointed if I'd paid full price. The room we had was pretty old and tired (there was refurbishment going on there though). The spa area was lovely but we were there in low season and it was pretty full - I think it would be crammed in high season.

Amazing bargain when off season
I believe this hotel gets really busy over the skiing season. What a gem! Amazing location just by the Matterhorn (Cervino in Italian). The town is really cute and pleasant. People are too friendly everywhere. The hotel staff were just fantastic and the breakfast was also very good. The mattress was not that great but it didn't spoil the experience. I can't wait to go back next year!

Fint sted å komme til. Hyggelig betjening, service mv. Hotellet har skiutleie og skiheisene starter 100 m vra hotel utgangen. Frokost er bra. Kunne vært selvbetjening på all maten - da det tar litt tid å få det - samt at en kunne ta riktig mengde ( ikke alltid for mye) Vi var på hotellet også i 2019, og skal vi til Cervinia igjen - kommer vi tilbake.

Familietur hit - bra beliggenhet. Hjelpsomme i resepsjonen etc. Litt harde senger og puter. Frokost som forventet. Pga covid sit var poolen delt på timer og jeg gikk ned til vår tid kl 19 - fløt hår og andre partikkler i bassenget - vi badet aldrig der.
