"Staff were wonderful , especially Jose and Cameron specifically in the hotel , the ladies working at The Tide restaurant were amazing as well. The hotel was clean and spacious , we stayed for 4 nights and do not have a single thing to complain about. I wish they had a pool but I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Richmond BC! "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The highlight of my stay was the pool and the hot tub... I would definitely come back! The resort fee is a bit annoying given that I didn't go to the casino and the buffet was closed. I'm not sure what that fee is for "
