"The room was groos ,, they put us in the Getto with no heat except for a plug in heater The curtain s were had big rip in them and dirty.. The hot water in the shower wouldn't get hot , but the bath room sink was very hot Had to put hot water from the sink into the bathtub to heat the c water ... Horrible !! Especially after coming in from a late flight ."

"Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. On various occasions did I phone reception to ask for things, eg a baking sheet, coffee and salt. And within minutes it arrived at our door. We can recommend this hotel for its location and service."
