The staff were great! Flexible on the room choices. Helped us use our IHG program benefits to find an appropriate room at decent cost. So helpful.

Granville Island Hotel
Location is fun at Granville island, although market and shops close no later than 6 and not much else going on. It results in a nice quiet sleep and great place to walk around. Rooms not large. Gym equipment needs to replaced.

Windsor Guest House
The staff was helpful allowing early check in. Delicious ,fresh breakfasts. Room was comfortable and clean. Lovely heritage home in a perfect location.

Vancouver West Cozy Retreat by Host Launch
The room was spotless and so were the bathrooms. They were courteous, motsly kept to themselves. Somehow I didn't see when I booked the room the rules of the house such as showers could only be taken between 8 am and 10pm. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful place with Kitchen, Washing Machine, Internet near UBC, beach and DT
Lower level apartment is clean and new. Neighborhood has good access to UBC, restaurants and beaches. Quiet area with easy street parking. Apartment could benefit from more comfy seating and kitchen supplies.
