Top Vanderbilt Hotel Reviews

Terrace Inn and 1911 Restaurant

8/10 Good

"A very quaint Inn that has been kept its historical roots. The staff was extremely friendly especially Ms. Judy! She is awesome! Staff was helpful and able to point us in the right direction. The dedication to the historical authenticity of the Terrace Inn is amazing. The only issue is that the Inn was built in 1911….the room sizes have not changed. The bathrooms are very tiny. The rooms are not made for big guys (I am 6’1” 300 plus pounds) and had great difficulty squeezing my shoulders into the shower. We are so glad we stayed there during our visit to Petoskey. However if you are a bigger guy you need to be prepared to be uncomfortable in the bathroom."

Comfort Inn & Suites Gaylord

10/10 Excellent

"We had a comfortable one-night stay. The hotel was clean, in good condition, and nicely decorated for Halloween. We did not have time to use the hot tub, the pool, or the fitness center, but appreciated the fact that they were available to us. The staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider staying her in the future."
