Fantastic stay with attentive staff. The complementary breakfast cannot be beat. Staff was nice enough to arrange a water taxi and walk us to the pick up location. We would definitely recommend!

Loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable and nice and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the area around the opera house and the local restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again.

An absolutely fantastic accommodation option in the heart of Venice. Very clean, friendly staff, great rooms. Amazing breakfast on site. So very close to the water and Piazza San Marco. Absolutely perfect. Would recommend to anyone going to Venice!

The room was clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit small and tight, as was the bathroom (and a tiny shower stall), but that's sort of expected in Venice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to most things we wanted to see.

All of the aspects were great I only had two complaints, for a 4 star hotel. The shower is way too small and I’m a small skinny guy standing 5’6” and 120lbs. I still found myself knocking the water valve off and or knocking the shower door open. Also towels were very rough, like sandpaper. I would still recommend this hotel to my friends because it is a 4 star hotel in all aspects.

Our room was not clean, there was a lot of dust around the coffee display and under the bed, the kettle was brown inside, disgusting really. The concierge had to ask the cleaning service to clean the coffee station 2 days in a row because they did not do it. The breakfast was good. Nice selection. The service was particular, the girl looked at me from head to toe each morning...even saying my name was not on the room list while I pointed her my name on her paper. The Hotel was the only downside to our Venice trip. Not worth the price.

Overall this property felt more like a Hampton Inn or 3-star, definitely not high end or luxury. The room was really small and the shower minuscule barely any room to turn around. The towels were really worn and tattered. The slippers seemed used and smelled! The breakfast was just ok, had much better at the other hotels in Italy. Juice was not fresh, for example. The lady at the front was very helpful but the older man and I spoke to on the phone a few days before check in, not so much. It was incredibly expansive for what you get. Overall not super impressed but I guess the location is decent to major attractions. Not on the water so be prepared to drag you luggage over multiple bridges, stairs and cobblestones if you’re taking the public water taxi. A private one will cost you $80 USD for a 10 min ride to the hotel (and still have to drags your bags a few mins up and down stairs)

The beds in this hotel were awful, so very hard, pictures are not very accurate, also very limited amenities, no ice, no bar, no restaurant, over priced for area and amenities offered in my opinion.
