This is a great place to stay if you’re in Venice. It is across the grande canal from the main sites in Venice a it’s a 20 min walk or a short boat ride to st. Marks square. I love that this side of the island is not crowded with tourists. It’s quite and much more authentic Venetian. The owners are very nice and they breakfast selection is fantastic. The room is very clean, the bathroom we had was large and the mattress was comfortable. There are stairs and no elevator but the property is lovely and I would definitely stay there again

Sehr nette Vermieter der Bed & Breakfast Unterkunft. 3 Sterne sind sehr überzogen. Man sollte sehr fit und sportlich sein um die oberen Zimmer zu erreichen. Alles sehr sehr einfach gehalten, alles soweit ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Ansprüche sollte man aber nicht haben . Frühstück unterer Durchschnitt. Zu teuer für das was man bekommt.

Extremely clean & comfortable B&B in a great position very close to vaporetto stops & 20 minute walk into St Marks Square. Veronica sent clear instructions how to reach her property before our arrival & was very helpful during our stay giving great advice on ferry routes & how to get around Venice & the islands. A great choice of fresh sweet and savoury foods was available for breakfast each day. A perfect, quiet spot in Dorsodoru area to explore the whole of Venice, we would definitely recommend staying here.

History Meets Luxury

From the moment we arrived, our lovely hostess made us feel right at home. She gave us a warm welcome, explained the area, circled places on the map she provided, gave us restaurant recommendations and explained the complicated travel around Venice. The BnB has been in her family for 250 years. It is just beautiful and smells divine. We highly recommend B&B Ca' Santo Spirito.

외딴곳의 가정식 호텔

전반적인 호텔상태나 아침식사는 아주 우수했습니다. 하지만 첫날 호텔첵크인시 주변이 너무 어두워 호텔찾기가 수월하진 않았습니다. 또한 호텔주변이 인적이 드문 곳이여서 어두운 밤에 약 7시쯤 무서운 생각도 들었습니다. 호텔입구에 불이라도 켜놓았으면 좋겠습니다.

Nice bed and breakfast just off the beaten path, yet easy and short walking distance to San Marco Plaza. Quiet and very peasant stay. Hosts provided excellent and detailed directions to their property from San Lucia train station and responsive communications. Breakfast was excellent. We did not want to stay in heart of the major tourist sites, but close enough to “get away” from it all after the end of the day. Nice to walk back to your B&B and enjoy a little peace and quiet of Venice . Wonderful stay and no surprises with this property!
