Within walking distance to all attractions. A bit far from St. Marks square but it was nice being located far from all the touristy areas. Awesome dining options nearby for breakfast/lunch/dinner

The property is in a fantastic location where you can access all of Venice. We were given a canal view room with a balcony which was beautiful! The host was really helpful up until the stay and during the stay. Couldn’t fault.

If it's available book it!! Easy access from the airport. Quiet area but walking distance to everything. They provided a list of restaurants/locations that were excellent. Rooms were clean wish modern washrooms. Friendly and responsive owner.

Little gem, you'll love it.
Beautiful room with big windows (706) overlooking a minor canal and bridge, I loved it. Wonderful bathroom, spacious and well provisioned, air conditioning and electric shutters in the bedroom. No breakfast, but so many local places to grab scrumptious food. Friendly reception too.

The apartment was on a great location. Away far enough from the tourist areas and close to Fiji g areas where the locals eat. The room was clean and beautiful. We would stay here again.
