Instant very detail directions on how to take the water taxi from the Airport to Venice and specific directions on How to get to the hotel Which was very much appreciated. Friendly and very helpful owner, comfortable and clean room, very close to major sites and shopping. No reception, so be sure to ask the owner for his number to call if you need anything (this is more like staying in a private home, than a hotel). No food on site, but great restaurants very near by and lots of free snacks in the room!

This is a lovely little guest house! Everything was clean and orderly and as described. It’s rather tucked away, so walking to the location from the main transportation hub and finding the address was a bit challenging, but the location was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

The property provides such a unique stay. The rooms were beautiful, the canal view made it so special, the proprietors were helpful and considerate. This is a great unique hotel. Complementary snacks, near Giglio boat station. So just get on the orange boat from the airport and a short 7 minute walk. Only two small bridges. The staff was very friendly and courteous. It is very close to San Marco's square and the Doge palace (must see in Venice) also the Museo Della Musica.
