Our stay was excellent the staff was great and breakfast was delicious there were plenty of choices including eggs, pancakes, cereal, fruit, pastries, croissants, and other good items. We were also happy to have ice water at breakfast along with coffee and hot chocolate and milk. Our room was very nice and the AC works great. Close to all the main attractions and a 10 minute walk to the public boats. We would definitely stay again.

The staff of this hotel were very nice. Shopping, restaurants very accessible if able to walk (Venice is difficult in general for anyone with mobility issues). Area was safe and quiet. Elevator did not go to our floor and shower door opening was very small. Our rate included a very nice continental breakfast. Use the S. Marco-San Zaccaria water bus stop for easier access.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to. It is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works really well. The staff is professional and very helpful. They helped us arrange a water taxi to the airport on a short notice even during the busy film festival.

A little hard to find, but that being said it was a wonderful place to stay. Close to everything (St. Marks, 5 min walk, open market, 15) My husband and I went walking around @ 2130 and again @ 0700 and it was safe and really neat. As square was empty. Lots of pop up restaurants close by. Family that runs it was very nice and breakfast was good.would recommend and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Al Piave. The staff is very nice and helpful, the room was a good size, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. There was a kettle, a fridge and a safe in the room. The hotel is just a short walk from St Mark’s and several boat stops. There is no elevator, so you’ll carry your luggage (but it’s Venice, so get used to carrying your luggage!). There’s a shop with necessities right next door and lots of restaurants and souvenir shops everywhere. There’s even a laundromat a few doors down. Breakfast was okay - not the best of the places we stayed in Europe, but it was free.

When I arrived I was shown to a very tiny single bedroom with the “private bathroom” outside the room and off the hallway next to another guest room. I declined to accept it was a “private bathroom” given I would have had to leave the bedroom to access it. Very disappointed there was not full disclosure on your website. I then had to pay the full amount as I had booked the room through your site. I left and chose to stay another hotel.
