My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff were thoughtful to have a bottle of prosecco waiting for us in our room. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was a great way to start our mornings. The room was a good size with a canal view and a small patio. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Miss it already….

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The location is great, right in the heart of Venice, making it easy to explore everything. The decor is unique and charming, and the rooms are super comfortable. The customer service is amazing. Federico at the reception is the best! super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I really recommend this hotel for everything: great hotel, great breakfast, great attention, and a fantastic location. If I come to Venice again, I will definitely stay here again.

Loved the property and how much character it has. East to find, staff very helpful. Breakfast was great! We booked a ‘canal’ view which I wouldn’t consider this a canal view it was a tiny corner of one and nothing close to what you would consider a canal view. The balcony was huge and perfect!

Staff were warm, helpful. Gave us a number of great dining recommendations. AC was cold which we really loved given it was hot and humid during our visit. Breakfast was well worth it, lots of tasty options. Bar was small but well enough appointed, enjoyed a couple drinks there. I'd suggest a Venetian Spritz ( with Select amaro). The courtyard was very nice early in the morning. Happy with our decision to book.

We arrived pretty late and were greeted and helped to our room and then given directions on where to go find food open that late. Our room was nice a cold and the Ac worked beautifully. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were super friendly. They even hired a water taxi for us to go to the airport and carried our bags to the dock. I would highly recommend staying here.
